In April, I was brought in to tackle a fast-turnaround challenge: how do you present a brand new loyalty program to thousands of Santander employees and stakeholders at a live event, in just a few days?
Working alongside art directors Leo Moura and Luisa Klink, we combined 2D and 3D animation to create a video that was punchy, informative, and built for a big screen moment. The goal was to make the user journey for Santander Rewards feel clear, exciting, and worthy of a launch stage.
The video landed so well that it led to three additional versions — a translated cut for global audiences, and two format adaptations (16:9 and 9:16) for broader distribution across channels.
